Policy scope

Practical boundaries for account data, AI review, billing, support, and human judgment.

These Terms govern access to Reglane, an AI-assisted workflow tool for U.S. cosmetics compliance preparation. By using Reglane, you agree to these Terms.

Service scope

Reglane helps organize product files, SKU records, evidence, claims, AI review notes, and prep-pack exports. Reglane does not provide legal advice, regulatory representation, FDA approval, or a guarantee that any product is compliant.

User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of product information and uploaded files.
  • You must review AI-generated output before using it for business, regulatory, packaging, marketplace, or distributor decisions.
  • You must not upload malware, illegal content, third-party confidential information without authorization, or content that violates applicable law.
  • You must keep login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI and compliance boundary

AI review is a structured first pass. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. When a material regulatory question is unclear, users should consult qualified regulatory, legal, or professional advisors.

Free checks and paid plans

Reglane may offer limited free product checks. Free and paid limits can include product checks, SKU count, file count, AI operations, storage, and export restrictions. One-time purchases and paid subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record provider, which may handle payment processing, tax collection, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.

Suspension

We may suspend access if there is suspected abuse, payment failure, security risk, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

Reglane is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reglane is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, regulatory, commercial, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
